- Key Definitions
- Affiliate Account: Your personal dashboard for managing your affiliate activities.
- Affiliate/Webmaster: A qualified individual or entity promoting Advertiser products.
- Advertiser: A business or individual offering products/services for promotion.
- Offer: The specific terms, including commission and restrictions, for a promotion.
- Targeted Action (Lead): A predefined user action (e.g., a sale, sign-up) that earns a commission.
- Referral Link: Your unique tracking URL for recording Leads.
- Account Registration & Security
2.1. To register, provide accurate and complete information on our sign-up page.
2.2. You will create your login credentials (email and password).
2.3. Finalizing registration requires email verification and contact with our support team for full platform activation.
2.4. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login details. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
2.5. We reserve the right to refuse any application without stating a reason.
2.6. You must maintain up-to-date profile information. Your email address can only be changed by contacting support.
- Webmaster Obligations
3.1. As a Webmaster, you accept Offers to distribute Advertising Materials for commission.
3.2. You may create promotional content, provided it meets Advertiser specifications.
3.3. You independently select advertising platforms and bear full responsibility for your placements.
3.4. Deceptive practices like forced clicks or spam are strictly prohibited. You agree to cover any losses we incur due to your violations.
- Commission & Payment Terms
4.1. Advertisers post Offers detailing commission rates for specific Targeted Actions.
4.2. You earn a commission when a user clicks your unique Referral Link and completes a Lead.
4.3. Our tracking system is definitive. In case of discrepancies, our data prevails.
4.4. All payouts are subject to verification and are issued to your internal account balance.
4.5. Withdrawal requests are subject to our payment schedules and limits. The account balance is for operational use only and does not accrue interest.
- Prohibited Activities
You must not engage in:
- Fraudulent traffic generation (e.g., cookie-stuffing, using malware).
- Unauthorized use of Advertiser trademarks in domain names.
- Any activity that disrupts the Network’s operations or violates applicable law.
- Methods that trick users into taking actions against their will.
- Termination
6.1. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations, fraud, or false information without liability.
6.2. You may close your account after settling all financial obligations to the Network.
- Data Protection
We collect and process your personal data for operational purposes. By submitting your information, you consent to this processing. We may disclose data to authorities to investigate fraud or money laundering.
- Intellectual Property
All content and software within the chipstars.io Affiliate Network are protected intellectual property. Your use of the platform does not grant you ownership of these assets.

The Software Product is provided “as is.” We are not liable for damages resulting from technical failures, internet outages, or the performance of third-party services.
